P1000 2022+ Tie Rod

Anyone had a failure of the new tie rod design? Looking at the parts diagram it appears the rod is sold separate from the ends. If that’s the case is the rod itself the most prone to failure?

The rod use to be a weak link because of the offset at the wheel. The new design is much stronger
