Have 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 5 just got a new clutch installed and when put it in 4wd in the mud or sand it pops out and make a clacking noise and goes back in 4wd. When u gas it in 4wd it pops out, what could be the problem

Sounds like the 2wd/4wd cables need to be adjusted... the adjustment box is under the driver side rear floorboard.

Your machine just has a learning disorder... takes it a bit to communicate its thoughts.

Adjust the linkage (flux capacitor) under the bed behind the driver. You may have to tinker with it depending on cable stretch but this is a good starting point.

There are also 2 adjustments on the front diff. Both are passenger side, rear and (front, behind a plastic cover) of the diff. If your cable box adjustment under the bed is good and the dash light are working quickly and correct, and it sound like loud popping from the front, tighten the fronts depending on if its from 4wd or difflock. The rear adjustment controls 4wd. The front, diff lock.
