Hi All,

I have a fleet of new SXS500 Honda’s. Recently replaced all our TRX500’s for safety reasons.

I am having clearance issues, I would like to get the SXS’s closer to the TRX clearance.
What are my options?

I have just over 10” with 27” tires on stock wheels. Unfortunately there are not many options when it comes to lifting these little guys. You can buy or make spring spacers witch are good for a couple of inches but ride pretty rough, and there’s a 1” lift for $150.

Forward arms allow bigger tires $6-700
Portals $2800
Long arm kit

Thanks Peter. Do you scrub at full lock with 27” tyres

Larger tires on the 26" range, but I would not go taller than stock without going wider.

27" all around and 1.5" spacers. No scrubbing and made a huge difference in ground clearance and a better ride.
Yup , I have the same set up and agree 100%

I have 27s on 4+3 offset wheels. No rubbing at all at any time. 55" total width.
Love it. Rides much better, much better clearance (haven't measured though).
