520 power steering

I’m gonna get my mom a new pioneer 520 ( she wanted a golf cart🤪) she is 70 and in good health. it will only be used around the house. I just don’t know if I need to put power steering on it for her.

I don't think anyone regrets installing power steering on their machine. I have driven 2 diff 700's, one of the other. The PS is a pleasure. It should be a mandatory upgrade.

While not a necessity, PS makes the drive so much easier......if it was my Mom it would have it without a doubt.

Brand is kinda irrelevant, no matter the name they are the same unit so shop for the best deal. I got mine from RMATV

My wife is 75 and has been driving the 2016 P500 since we bought it new, and has never complained about the steering. I even mentioned that PS was available, and when I told her what it cost, she said she did not think it would be worth it. I did not press the issue since that would have put a big dent in my beer budget 😁. She has complained occasionally about the ride on really rough terrain. I'm afraid to mention the WE shocks.

Power steering is a MUST. Finger touch steering. Good Luck!
