I have the add a light, but I also added a KFI front hitch mount so that covers up the big bar on the front bumper where the add a light was designed to mount.
Has anyone else mounted theirs to the smaller bar above that?
I've tried ordering a couple different types of 32mm (1 1/4") brackets, but the holes were either too big or they just weren't what I was looking for.
Before I continue wasting a bunch of time on trial and error, I was hoping someone could steer me towards a workable solution?
Did you email me on this already?I have the add a light, but I also added a KFI front hitch mount so that covers up the big bar on the front bumper where the add a light was designed to mount.

I did..... Sorry, I figured you were busy and just thought I'd reach out to the larger audience.Did you email me on this already?
I will work on a solution for this, this week.
I already ordered several things I am fairly sure one will work.
Thanks.
Thanks, that looks great and thanks for the idea. I already have the light though and just looking for some brackets to make it work. Those clamps will work if I fabricate a bar to attach the light to, but thought maybe someone else had already solved the same problem.I bought .75-1.25" clamps on Amazon and used a Rough Country 12" single row light bar with the stock bumper.

That's the stock bumper from a 1000-5 deluxe. It's the same tube size as the bar below it which is on all of the stock bumpersThanks, that looks great and thanks for the idea. Top bar is slightly smaller.
That's where the problem is coming in at.
Anyways.
Parts should be here today or tomorrow to test fit for simular results.
What size bracket mounts are those?Ok. Here.
Im not sure if it would fit reversed. Be nice if it would.
Ill get this bracket out to you tomorrow.
Glad I worked on this. Good solution for those with the front hitch.

Do you have a build post on your d ring mounts?
How?Pretty early in my build thread
P1000 - Todd's 2018 Build
It begins again. Picked up a 2018 Pioneer 1000-5. Here's a few photos at the dealer. I have a couple parts at home to install and the build should go fairly quick. In the end I'll have a pretty capable family trail machine. Current list of parts to install: FOX SHOCKS 28" Quadboss...hondasxs.com
I wouldn't do them that way again. They bent the bumper the first time I used them.
How?
Ok I got lost, thought you meant your light bar mounts bent your front bumper. And I didn't catch yank. Did the both of you not have winches at the time?I went wheeling with the new machine. At mile 8 we broke an axle shaft. I'd had to winch twice to get that far. My brother had to yank us back through the holes we previously winched in 4x4 but now we had a broken axle so we really struggled. Ended up almost pulling the backing plate through the bumper. Then I put the warn bumper on. I wasn't thrilled with the bolt on tie downs and they didn't work for me. Wouldn't recommend them
