Dumb question brushless motors, they run longer than a brushed motor, do I need it in a Crawler?
More torque brushless over brushed. More efficient brushless over brushed. More expensive brushless over brushed. You don’t “need” it but it won’t hurt if you are building from a kit.Dumb question brushless motors, they run longer than a brushed motor, do I need it in a Crawler?
You don't. Brushless motors have only recently (within the last few years) caught up with the low speed control and drivability a brushed motor provides. The new brushless ESC's and sensored motors provide a lot of tuning options that you can't get out of a brushed setup. Brushed motors are really simple and hard to kill. There are a lot of people that prefer them in the crawlers because of the torque and drag brake you get out of a high turn brushed motor.Dumb question brushless motors, they run longer than a brushed motor, do I need it in a Crawler?
lol...and I definitely can't be held responsible for your addiction. You started this thread. 😂 🤣Hobby shop in new Orleans said they had a pack in stock so I rode over there. Went to spend $40, left $150 lighter in the wallet. They've got a huge selection of crawler stuff. Glad it was busy and I couldn't browse for long. Finally got a battery for this thing so hopefully I'll have some cool pictures later 👍🏻

Chrome is Google... Edge is Microsoft and it does suck.Because it is Microsuck and not Apple
True, but it is used primarily in the Microsuck environment. We can use it in the Apple environment but it still sucks there too.Chrome is Google... Edge is Microsoft and it does suck.
The owner of the Hobby shop that I bought all my stuff from told me to add 4 oz of weight to the front and recommended lead bird shot in the front tires, 2 oz in each tire, just how would you do this with the foam inserts and get it equal around the tire? Yea I know!
Bling looks great!
