P500 Another snorkel question

There is a vent or drain by the oil filter should it be moved up as well as the vent lines

Yes I extended all vents on mine better safe than sorry!

Radiator overflow, differentials and gas tank also. I put grease on my airbox seal to keep water out.

I ordered a warrior riser and will just do my own from there.

Yes.. I also ordered the prescreen filter.. at $10 don't waste your money on it.. it's literally just two 1/4 inch rings of 2inch pvc with a piece of fine mesh screen glued between. Love the riser but make your own prescreen filter.

Laid there thinking about it last night, can't do it. I have enough room, even with the toolbox. But with the rails on top of the box, they would hit when I opened it. That sucks...I want a snorkel.

Glad you said something.. I was going to order this as well not even thinking about it being behind the roll cage. I have the space as well but the box would not open if I had it on. After reading your post I though well I can get some 45's and step it back but that won't work with the rear panel on.

Do you run a back panel? I ran mine inside the cab and up between the seat back and the cage right in the center. If you don't have a panel in the way it works good. I wasn't really snorkeling for crazy deep water, just wanted it up out of the dust a bit and away from possible water in a surprise situation..

Keep staring at the pics, wish they gave a side photo. Wondering what would be involved to get them on the inside of the cab.
Modifying it might make the black liner look like crap. Someone needs to buy one and give me some details.

Yeah mines pretty subtle, which is good cuz they're technically not legal to run here. I can post some pics when i get it back home next week from up north.
