With all the interest shown here for this mod, is the guy not interested in making a buck and supplying this forum????The mod is working good, but ya, the answer to dust is rain. After modding this, that and anything I can imagine...these rigs are just plain DUSTY and there seems no way around it. I've been very excited after each and every project, but in the end, it feels like you have an open cement bag in the back.
Pray for rain...save your money for gas.
Do yourself a favor and save that soft top money for the hard top. That soft top was the worst POS PITA thing I ever bought for my machine. Couldnt wait to put it on eBay.Anyone know of a flip windshield works with a canvas top? Thinking of that combo while I save funds for a hard top

I'm actually driving up to Tennessee from Florida next weekend to buy my first P1k-5, I was hoping to take a windshield and roof with me so I can go riding right out of the dealership.
You are very smart in choosing a flip windshield, and not the full fixed windshield. Just don't let anyone talk you into anything else. There is a lot of heat build-up in the cab, and you need to vent it in the summer. I have a full Honda windshield, and I had to remove the doors in order to tolerate the heat build-up. I also have a hard top which is fine, but it does block the visibility somewhat on my P3.Anyone know of a flip windshield works with a canvas top?
