I busted my fender I was wondering if there was any way I could fix it? It came on the pioneer when I bought it really don't want to buy a new one.

Thanks in advance

i cracked mine at the take over a few yrs back and about the same spot. I just put the push pin back in to secure it and used some JB weld on the crack to keep it firm, put a little flat black paint on it and called it good. haven't had a problem since

3M and a couple other auto body supply companies make 2 part epoxies that work great. But that wouldn’t be worth it to buy it just for that. It’d cost more than replacing it. Have any friends that work in a collision shop?

The standard stuff will be just fine. When u mix it just be like a Picasso and smooth it across the crack. It will cure just fine and with your push pin In it, you’ll be good. Work smarter not harder ;)

Can you access the back side easily? If so, score up the plastic with some sandpaper so the JB weld will adhere a little better, and use something like emory cloth or something mesh on the backside. That will reinforce it. More shear strength = less likely to break again.
