Parts needed:
Heater AH 200
aquahot 4 way valve
teflon tape
1/2" npt to 3/4" barb x 2
3/4" npt to 3/4" barb x 2
two 2 foot 90 degree at one end 3/4" hoses bought at autozone ( think they come longer)
Form Ebay: GOODYEAR HVAC HEATER HOSE, WIRE SHAPING COIL (P/N GY34BX) - three
hose clamps - buy 10 pack from autozone for 2.5$
1 gallon honda coolant

I used opening in the metal grill plate to route two hoses for heater next to inlet radiator hose. Was a bit complicated but rewarding and no new holes to drill . Here is pics. Just tired to write anything tonight. Was testing and it works. Time will show. Heat output very decent, better then none.

One small addition to the above, I had to make shorter heater holding bracket to make it compact and not to stick out so much into cabin, had about 1 cm (less the 1/2 inch) behind vent left to suck the air. and also create holding point , see drawing below.

Thanks a lot for the pics of your mod. As usual from you, very well thought out and executed. Being as I'll be getting my 1000 about the time the snow really starts flying here, a heater will be one of my first additions.

small addition to instructions. and one more tip , please youtube or ask plumber how to put teflon tape on a thread, this will make your life easier or a hell if coolant starts to leak after pressure goes up :), been there , done it :)
