For sale in SoCal. Will ship on your dime…whatever actual cost is.

Honda Talon X4 Bandit UTV Racing Tender Springs. Very lightly used, maybe 200 dirt miles. They look like new and are probably not even fully broken in yet. Huge/very noticeable difference over stock…car is much more plush/smooth over smaller bumps, maintains traction in chatter, increased ride height, etc. No complaints whatsoever! Way better than factory/OEM Fox springs.

I’m only selling because we’re adding a cage and several other accessories and decided it was time for Shock Therapy to work their magic. As such, we’re going with their full spring kit.

Asking $200 OBO. They’re $255 plus tax on Bandit’s site.

Hey all, bumping this thread!

Also, just a heads up that I have the factory exhaust available if anyone is interested and will have a factory cage and roof, as well as a Starknight windshield available in March.

What year on the ROPS? They went from exhaust tubing to a legitimate cage somewhere in there, so that info will matter.

Tender springs helped my father-in-law's 2019 Talon but I opted for the bandit full spring kit and that made a bigger difference.

That’s my hope with our next move (full spring setup from ST)! I agree, tender springs over stock made a huge difference. We especially noticed in chatter and smaller/rolling bumps/dips and the increased ride height was great. Awesome upgrade for the $$.

I'm pretty sure they never changed the cage, I could be wrong though
I thought that Honda had switched to 1/8 wall tubing in '23(?), not positive what year though.

Since there are several holes in a cage to allow expanding gasses to escape during welding, measuring wall thickness is pretty easy with a digital caliper - insert probe thru hole to bottom on far side of tube, zero caliper, remove probe from hole and measure the tube O.D. The resultant reading will be the wall thickness.

At the risk of completely losing track of my for sale post, bumping the tender springs!! 🤣

On the cage topic, has anyone ever looked into the lower half of the cage/frame? Tons of options out there for a bolt on cage, but what’s it actually bolting to? Is the lower half thin walled garbage as well? ABF is building my cage right now, thus why the OE ROPS will be available.
