Having issues with rear inner pads on my 2020 talon x. Inner pads are wearing twice as fast as outer pads. Been cleaning calipers regularly. Bled brake lines. Still happening. Replace calipers? Bad master cylinder? Thoughts

Have you cleaned/greased the sliders. They are what cause wear on one pad and not the other. If they stick or seize the only pad getting pressure applied is the one touching the pistons.

Yes. I pull the brakes apart after every ride and clean everything.
