The way everybody is in bed with everybody else, no telling who actually owns what lol. For all we know Polaris could own the company that built that bumper. There are no black and white lines anymore, just grey.

Honda is still their own. Well except for the Passport which was a pos but that was Isuzu.
Better hope popo didn't build it it'll catch the Honda on fire

Still their own yes. Makes every part on pioneer? Nope. Just for trivia purposes, mahle makes pistons for Nissan. All Nissan us built motors have forged cranks, Nissan is in with Mitsubishi. Ok gotta get back outside. Burning daylight

Dang is 4" enough? Edge is on the inside edge of vertical rollbar but the difference isn't as much as I thought. Anyhow, ain't changing it now. It fits the vehicle better. On with the show...

Got my box installed this morning with the quick pins so I can remove it in about 30sec. The box would not open with it pushed all the way forward so I went to the rear with it. Up against the tailgate. It will be easier to access items from the box too. I started with two pins and decided to go with four. Two are through the box and the frame rails underneath, the other two are only through the box. It holds pretty well.

For the horse's arse type nay sayers, don't even try it!! These things have peculiar imperfections from the factory. Since late 80s or early 90s it may have been in tiny altercation who knows. It's not gonna be laser straight is my point. But I did reconstruct it as straight as human hands can. My level is older than majority of my co-workers lol.

Love that!! It's much bigger than I imagined which is always a good thing. Did you just use silicone around the pins that went through bottom of box?

Are the renegades taking care of business or what y'all? Was just thinking how we got our crap together. Truly blessed. We got storage covered, gun mounts, lighting, frame & suspension, tires, lifts/curved arms, cab enclosures....and I'm sure I'm missing out on a ton of others. People should want to jump on this train. We got it all and ain't even done.

No, it's not permanent. The whole idea is to be able to remove it so C or me and use the bed for hauling. The pins are 1/2 inch and the holes are tight at 1/2 inch. Not a lot of room for water. Even if I get a little in the box it doesn't matter.

I like the facts that it is good size, easy access and easy removal! I'm still thinking about what I want to do and might go a similar direction as you.
I looked at the metal boxes and figured plastic is good for me. This box is really rugged. I'm not nearly as heavy as I was 6 months ago but it will easily my big ass.
