Chances are you have a loose wire or exposed wire that is causing spurious emissions. Has it always been like this or just recently? if recently what is the last accessory you added? lights are known to do this - especially Chinese lights.

Have you noticed any static from the power stearing in your CB

Might try a noise filter on the power leads if its not a loose connection. Many choices out there as it is a common problem. Similar to this.
