Anything special about the grease? I didn't look close but I don't think there was any in the box.
Axle Grease?
Gear Oil?
Johnson's Jerking Lotion?
It is special. He always includes it. I buy from him for my CNC machines, great people to deal with. Johnson's Jerking lotion is also recommended for after the install and ride...On a personal note I like the unscented.

I bought the shocks from nick1993 they were in really good shape. The bushings look good. Put the fronts on. Raised the front about 2 inches. Now the 30s with the 3 in lift dont rub when going over bumps.

The only issue I have is the rear. I have a 3 in bracket lift on it. If I put on the rear shocks it puts the axles in a real bind. I am either going to have to turn the rear shocks all the way up or remove the lift from the rear and install the xt shocks and turn them up accordingly.
Get some Rhino axles, I bet they could handle the angles

Well the other issue is it will not fit in the garage. I already have to take the roof on and off for it to go in there. Adding the rear shocks will not let it go in. Small things.

I am going to turn up the stock rear shocks today.

I had my stock ones turned up all the way. I could just fit in the garage with the roof on and it was a really rough ride. With the commander rears, preload all the way down, the ride was much better, especially for rear passengers but I have to take the roof on and off to get in the garage.

I saw your earlier post, are you trying to run commander shocks with a 3" lift as well? The commander shocks will give you the same amount of lift as the lift itself but with a better ride. Adding additional lift and the shocks will surely bind the cvs.

I'm still loving those tractor tires!

I'm loving the tractor tires too. I wish someone would measure the 30x10-14 for me.

I like the executioners you got too, they are similar to the tractor tread

Does anyone have measurements of what the front gave from stock? Mine already had a lift on it and I didn't measure from stock height.

Just my luck. I got ready to do this install and my bushings are wrong. I think one of us must be dyslexic. I have a call in. Hopefully they will exchange these AND provide me with the grease.

Update: John called from Poly Bushings(?). He is sending me new bushings AND the lube. So... Looks like next weekend I'll be in business.

BTW: I did get the front shocks installed. Can-AM shocks are a direct replacement. They settled in at 2.75 inches higher than stock. I checked Toe-In before and after. Zero change. I'll try to send pics when this is complete.

Does anyone know of some fronts for sale? I would like some but I've only found some on eBay but they looked rough.

Try searching the Can-Am forums. That's where I found them.
