That’s like Groundhog Day, that’d be f***ed.If you went back in time just once for a day and kept doing it....hmmmmmm

Must be the VM pump, gotta love the simplicity of those rigs!First work on the truck. Brought it in for simple valve adjustment. While in I had in I had fuel pin, governor spring changed, timing, boost and fuel all adjusted. Bumped rev limit 700rpm. $100 in parts. Only a slight puff of smoke on take off like it’s supposed to be. Couldn’t get on it with wet pavement, it scoots!
Me headed home with a big grin.

Yes rotary pump. Unbelievably simple, I could’ve done it all but it’s cold and a friend owns a Cummins shop so just let him do it. Took a couple hours.Must be the VM pump, gotta love the simplicity of those rigs!
I think there is a joke about a railroad tie in there somewhereBout time you explained why you were dragging a trailer, I don’t think you had enough tongue weight, and your straps are all wrong
Can't wait to see itNew edition to the household. One more 12valve, have 4 now lol. This one will be the 4wd part of the build. It’s a 1990 1ton 4x4 Cummins with 245k. Dana 60/80 posi with 4.10’s. This build is continuing however slowly as I can only afford what I can and when. The front end of this truck including engine will be used in the build only.
She’s in my driveway. Moving forward!

Well funny (not really) story about that. The suspension on the trailer wasn’t up to the task. Trailer also wasn’t level so we had to borrow a drop hitch from the old fellow. Moved truck as far forward as possible and put the transmission, transfer case and all components in the bed to level the trailer. It was rubbing the back tires on fender flares.Bout time you explained why you were dragging a trailer, I don’t think you had enough tongue weight, and your straps are all wrong
