Well another week of vacation is about come to a close. Sure has been nice.

Opening weekend at deer camp. Deer steak, BBQ beans, French fries, potato salad etc. some good eating around here about 6:30 last night.

I was bugging R2C about cleanable air filters for the Pioneers, like they produce for the Talon's, got an e-mail last week from them that stated they will be out in a month for the Pioneer 1000.

Opening rifle season week for us at camp. Cousin pulled a GD red squirrel out of a blind that ransacked the hell out of it last week. Bastard died from ingesting tar paper on the walls. Served him right!
good food as always! Smoked chicken Brest,smoked veggies , Vinison stroganoff, soup beans and smoked tri tip tonight. Got snow yesterday and it’s a balmy 28 this morning! Good times

We have a front moving through with some rain. Behind it is a north wind with cooler temps Going go try some public land around noon today hopefully. Its 62 out there right now.

Well, front come went, very little rain. Cool down just a little. Went pulled camera in public land. Decent bucks on camera, nothing great. I had some of biggest hogs on camera I have ever seen.
