Lord knows I'm no lawyer, but how is that legal? Not dissing on your loophole but sounds like something that'll bite you on your arse somewhere down the road. Maybe @drfubar is right and I am paranoid. Same reason I don't have a Kodi firestick watching all those pay per view fights. That crap will blow up one day just like the music sharing did back in the day. People went to jail over that and paid outrageous fines.

You don't have to be a resident. Just do a google search for registering atv in South Dakota.

Normally I'm all about the function but not this time. No use other than aesthetics except maybe for a spare carrier. I totally love it!!!

That's ba. Can see a spare back there. With the doors, red cage would be cool.

I may extend it out past tailgate and tie it into a rear tube bumper. That's make it a true cage. Whole thing comes off in just a couple minutes.
