P1000 Delton's painfully slow build

Just got back from picking up another ram. Even if old one is still good, never hurts to have a spare. That bender HAS to be in working order. Can't live without it.

You still got that pull handle lol. Stupid thing slipped out of my hand once when pulling really hard. Shot back the other way, bottomed out, and came back and hit me in top of the hip bone. That sucked.

You mean the handle for the cylinder or the one that came with bender? I tried pumping the ram but it didn't work. Thought maybe it was disabled when it was converted to air. Or maybe im doing something wrong.

The bender is manual from factory. U got to put a pipe on the ratchet mechanism for leverage. I had a heavy wall 5' pipe on it before converting to Hydro.

Yeah I used that f'er one time before adding the conversion lol. Way too much work.

Just needs welding and some paint.

Welded and remounted. Gonna trail test it this time before paint. Make sure everything is where I want it.

It's as done as it's gonna get. Got another roof on it. Good grief I HATE painting!!

As much as I dread it, gonna have to go back with my trademark roof top. That thing is such a pain to do lol.

Love the "01" idea but that'd mean painting rest of rig to match. I'm trying to avoid painting not create more lol.

I got alot of compliments on my other one. But with a flat cage most people didn't even know I had it lol. This one will be more visible.

I've got 2 good coats of red on the cage last week but that's all I'll get done for a while. Gonna be riding the couch for couple weeks. Had surgery to get rid of a cyst that was playing hell with some nerves. Can't wait to get back at it.
