I've looked into these a few times just never got around to need/fab anything yet

Polaris XP1000 2 seat and 4 seat bungs/ Yamaha YXZ bungs / Can Am Maverick X3. Heres the bungs to get that project going. - Bungs have a chamfer for great adhesion and lower profile beads. (2 bung halves as pictured) You will need at least 2 sets to attach a bumper.

Honda Pioneer Bungs Roll Cage Connectors Adapters 1 3/4" .095 &.120 wall | eBay

Bungs have a chamfer for great adhesion and lower profile beads. -Front bungs also feature an engineered easy feed machined wire access port to guide wires being run for lighting and accessories. (wire not included).

Only thing I found wrong is there's a good inch of material on bottom. Drill a few holes and all is good.

I use a lathe, portaband and a bench top mill. If I sold bungs for 80 a set I'd be making maybe .30/hour lmao

I'll snap a pic when I get out to shop in little bit. It's a jdsquare model 3. With air/hydraulic conversion. Most benders look the same and similarly priced. Dies are what eats that wallet up lol

Model 3 is a no frills bender. Nothing fancy about it but it's built like a tank and makes beautiful bends.

If you're looking for a notcher, I used cheap Harbor freight notcher for couple years. Very good notcher for the money. Then I stepped up to my notchmaster. Very nice and accurate notcher.

Do these fit in the stock roll cage tubing?

They were a tad looser than I like with my .095 so they'd be even looser with stock. Also they don't go into tubing as far as mine do. I leave a good inch so I can still 2 holes in tubing and plug weld. Can still do that with these but it'll have to be a real small hole lol

I'm totally happy with it. There's other good ones out there as well for same money (around 295 for bender). Friggin dies are through the roof! 2" die to do Talon cage is 400 bucks!!
