I believe 1 5/8 and 1 1/2 od. Front and back different. The 1 1/2 rear was a little loose you could grind down 1 5/8 to fit

10-4 thank you sir. Metal shop can't get 1 5/8 so guess I'll order online. Good thing I won't need much of it. What length did you cut your sleeves? Got a quote for the 1.75 and 1.25. Both are around 60 bucks a stick. Soon as I figure out how much I want I'll order it. Be here tomorrow.

I just put in 3 in pieces. The one over head in the area that has to be extended I used 6 in.

Ordered one stick of 1.75", 2 sticks of 1.25", 1stick of 1/4x2" flat, and 1stick of 1/4x4" flat. Metal will be here in the morning. Picked this up on way through town. Works really well.

Found a tiny bit of tube I could play with on the notcher. And since I ain't picked up that torch since my last weld pics, I thought what the hell. Not picture perfect, but I'd roll with it any ole day.

I'll look into another angle meter. After that first screw up I tried placing a level on the bend I already had. It seemed to help.

So what are you up to? Sliders.. Bumper..Cage
Just wasting material man. First time ever even touching a bender. Luckily I did remember the instructions I was given when I picked it up. Other than forgetting to close valve on cylinder a time or two lol.
May start with a bumper first. Probably the simplest thing to build. Maybe get some confidence up and then start on the harder stuff.

I usually put the level on the center die and then on the already bent piece. The clamp helps keep it indexed if u pull the pipe out and go back in with it. I do eyeball the bend to the center die to line it up also.
