Any ideas or what have any of you done to ease access for disabled passengers, amputees, paraplegics. I am asking for someone who volunteers/sponsors wounded warrior events.
To be clear he is himself a wounded warrior but has good mobility. He's looking at a 1000-5 or 1000-3 EPS and would keep it fairly stock, use it for mainly for hunting. Probably an cab enclosure maybe a heater.
I am going to bump this as my neighbor is about to buy something and the disabled access is something i know nothing about and have no experience with.

I have been a paraplegic for only 6 months. I just purchased a 1000-5 LE. I bought permanent hand controls for it. They are very high quality. Sure Grip Hand Controls for Honda Pioneer. I have decent core strength. I put my legs in then pull myself into it grabbing the steering wheel and one hand on the seat.
There is a gent here in Ohio that builds vehicles for disabled people. I will search him on fb and post here.
Found a write up on him, didnt go further to find his website.
He has modified a 1000 for someone, he is pictured with it.
If he was closer, I would volunteer time to work with him.
