Well, how stupid am I. I forgot. I left mine on. Branches on tight trails and to keep me in if it flops. But most of all because the wife told me to, that she likes them. You know, happy wife and all that...
Happy Wife happy life! ;)

It seems most people leave it on, does anyone have pictures with the netting removed?
Welcome here, I removed mine day one on all my Pioneers. They’re just hugely annoying to me. But what others said about safety is valuable, especially if you ride like 100A....:D

I left mine a bit higher in the rear. Don't have a great pic of it, but maybe you can tell...

The branches to the face were enough for me to leave them on and the added security of preventing my wife from putting her arm out to try and stop a rollover. We don't have them in the Wolvie and I'd like to find some to add. A full face helmet would work too and the Wolvie has a nice grab bar to discourage the wife from sticking her arm out.
