I'm starting to wire my winch, and am not seeing an easy place to splice into a "key on" power source. Where did you guys tie into things at?

I used the $6 sub harness off of the power port under the hood.
You could also just use the scotchlocks on one of those wires as well.

I created a buss off the battery that was controlled by a relay, I triggered the relay off the same wire Honda tells you to tie into for the factory aux panel.

It is included in the install instructions for the AUX panel.

I spliced into the wires that goes to the 12v plug. Really easy to get to. White wire is power.

This is the easiest way. Wire is very accessible.

Ah, would have been easy, before I crammed the heater in there :D

I managed to get enough room on the fuse block to cut and splice into power.

I also used the 12V Plug in (White Wire Hot) I went to Home Depot and pick up some Splice Tap Connectors don't have to cut wires made this a simple operation just tape when done. Here put this number in the search on EBAY 271112154353 these will be easier just bought some. NO MORE CUTTING INVOLVED!!!
