i couldn't really find a thread on an edc knife (didn't really look that hard) so here goes.my late dad gave me this Buck 110 when i turned teenager (13) back in 1980 as sort of a coming of age thing, which i carried on with my 3 boys.note the date code on the blade.it's been in my pocket/on my belt every day for 40 years.it's seen alot.

It's not a real manly knife or anything but for edc I carry a Victorinox. They have came in handy for many things over the years. I am a cheap knife collector maybe 300 or so.

I carry 2 at all times. I carried the swiss army for years. They were some of the first knives I got and what grandpa, dad, and uncles carry. Recently I switched back to the case for the bottom of the pocket due to the harder blades. I carry the Kershaw speed safe as a second for my pry-screw-cut dumb stuff easy access knife. I tend to buy either knife in multiples because I sharpen them often and ware them out as much as I break them.

MicroTech is also my go-to EDC. I prefer the smaller Ultratech for the pocket over the Troodon. I've got a UTX70 on my Christmas list as well.

This is the way...

Try the Kershaw speed safe they are cheap 20ish bucks online. Assisted opening and very well made.
I carry a Kershaw CQC when riding/offroad/camping. OTF's don't think much of water, dirt, and funk. I've had it for about 6 years now and it's been abused pretty regularly. I think it was around $50?

Anybody ever use one of the Boker Kalashnikov's? Good reviews and less than $50 on BladeHQ right now. I picked up a couple for Christmas gifts but think I may keep this one for myself.... haha

My buddy is a big Deadpool fan and this looked right up his alley:

I've carried this for 3 or 4 years. It's thin, light, and easy to open. I bought one for both of my sons and one for my father. I cut net wrap off round bales all winter with it and it's holding up great.
