Estimated delivery timing?

I assume that you ended up cancelling it and got your money back, but I am curious - what reason did they give you for it never being delivered?

Only a fool would work with a dealership that required a non-refundable deposit.

The same blah blah is: Dealers have little more to go on that what Honda tells them is the ship date. It's not like dealership employees are sitting around saying, "Hey, let's @#$% with this guy we have the deposit from and make his new machine arrive 5 months late!"

I've been thinking about the back logs on orders, I think I'd cancel and buy another S x S which are available, this is Honda games.

I haven't called my dealer since mid September when I first signed the papers and put $500 down on a p1k3 deluxe that was supposedly already built and either waiting for a truck or a part. At that time he was guessing November but now it is December so wtf? I don't believe it is their fault for not receiving the machines. They have not had a pioneer of anything in stock except a 700 about a month ago. They also sell Yamaha and have not had any in stock since I started monitoring it. I think they have been staying alive by selling some motorcycles and snowmobiles and a few regular 4 wheelers. It's just a waiting game.

Finally arrived, picked up yesterday. I’ve got the roof, front soft doors and Satv flip installed so far. Not impressed with the windshield fitment. The lower windshield needs to move approximately 1/2” further down for the sealing surfaces to align. This will require trimming the bottom edge an equal amount to make it proper.. Kind of disappointing, but happy to have the machine!

The top can also move on the superatv flip up. I doubt you have to trim, but it is possible.

Here’s a couple pics. It seems the top clamps on the horizontal rops bar in conjunction with the rigid black “L” bracket are limiting.

I was able to get mine a little closer than that, but it still wasn't perfectly aligned. I had SATV send me a second gasket. I put one on the upper and one in the lower and the combination filled the gap nicely.

Checked my dealers website this morning like I always do surprised that they did receive two new sxs's... but not mine. A CanAm and a Yamaha.. but those are the only ones they have received for months. Not sure if they are already sold they are just listed as "in stock." So still waiting.

What I really find interesting is that the 2022 Honda vehicles have been introduded, and last week I got an email introducing the 2022 motorcycles. As for 2022 side by sides...nothing!

I believe January 19th is the release of the 2022 Honda SxS info.

I just checked my dealers website, Ray's in Grand Rapids, MN, in-stock inventory and there are now 2 Yamaha and 1 CanAm sxs listed as "in-stock." One of the Yamahas and the CanAm have been listed as in-stock for about a week now and the other Yamaha just came new from yesterday. All three are listed for over $20k as they came in. Not sure what they have for add-ons. No Honda sxs have shown up for a long time at this dealer. I heard that RJ's in Duluth MN have close to 80 people on their wait list for Honda sxs's. Wow.

Well just got the call from I69 they had someone back out on a 1000-5 deluxe. Gonna pick it up Tuesday. So that means that they will have another white 1000-5 coming in at sometime

That’s it. I originally ordered mine with no accessories but they had someone back out after they ordered this with the accessories. I ended up paying a little more but looking at used units it was still cheaper
