I got the same email. Unfortunately, I’ve got more time than money. 😏
On a different note, I did manage to get black straight rate springs ordered today. Never been a friend of progressive rate springs and since I’m wanting to get an inch or two lift from the shocks, I didn’t wanna be coil bound on the upper end of the spring in order to get there.

More info on your springs, please. What you chose and why, cost / source. Thanks
QA1 springs from Summit @$54/spring. After a lot of research, I decided on 250# Front and 300# Rear. I would have liked to have a dual rate setup but I haven’t seen where anyone else has done it and didn’t want to be the guinea pig.
I chose black because I like my mods to be incognito. Not one for flash, I want it to work great without anyone knowing what’s been done.

If I wanted to go to these springs on my QS3s, what length would I get - is there any range there (considering lift) or is there just one size that fits?

You’ll want 14” springs with a 2.5” inside diameter for the front. There’s two options on the rears. If you want/need to keep the plastic rock guards then you’ll need a 3.0 id spring which is harder to find and normally cost twice as much. If you remove the guards then you can run 2.5 on all four.

Ordered mine end of July, they said arrival was 8-10 ish then got an Email a couple weeks later said the rear shocks where on back order but they had the fronts. My choices were
1: wait and have entire order shipped when rears come in.
Or
2: Ship the fronts and when the rears come in ship them.
I chose 2 , last info I got was late September (maybe).

Screenshot from long ago. I bought the 300lb 14"L x 2.5"D for the rear and never put them on. They work like you said without the plastic piece. I ended up buying the 300lb 14" x 3" springs and and have been running them for about 4000 miles. And yes they are double the price. I ran the fox shocks the way they came for almost 5000 miles.

Cool. Yeah, I'm gonna run the springs they came with for at least this season.

Quite an improvement with the spring swap, then?

My shocks were low on nitrogen when I did the spring swap. I put on the Schrader valve caps and recharged the nitrogen on all four shocks at the same time I did the rear springs. It was a big difference but IDK how much of a difference it would make with new shocks. I'm still running the front springs and they probably have around 9000 miles on them now.. I would just run them as is until I felt like I had an issue.

I may try and use the 2.5" diameter springs that I originally bought for the rear, on the front shocks some day. I don't see why they wouldn't work.

Do you have part #s for that schrader valve ?
How often do you have to recharge them?

You can buy just the valves for 6 or 7 bucks each but you have to drill your existing caps. I added nitrogen a year ago when I switched the caps. I've not put a gauge on them or anything but the clicker still clicks from soft to medium, to hard. Unlike before when there was very little resistance between the clicks.

I figured I would share since I've read where people are having to pay $1700-1800 a set now. This place is free shipping an no taxes if you live outside of North Carolina.
The link is showing considerably more than that. Is there a discount code or somethin?
