How hard is it to get the hood off. Does that basket tip up and how long to take off.Im asking for early hunting season to put my outer layer of clothes in and some archery things. So to not pick up odors on them.

The basket does tip forward, away from windshield. You remove two large wing nuts . You can remove the basket completely in five minutes...2 wing nuts and 2 bolts. It does add some weight on the steering though. It is made by Strongmade.
