Having trouble with finding side mirrors that fold in and snap back into
a preset position. Got to reset my mirrors every time I cover it up. One
inch square tubing if anyone has any ideas. My pioneer has siezmik, I
guess you would call them breakaway mirrors, but can’t find anything
for the cart.

I have a 48 volt E-Z Go golf cart and probably have a couple of years left on the batteries.
Not a bad cart, we’ve enjoyed the heck out of it but I’m done with the batteries. Three in
the pontoon, three in the motor home, three other vehicles not to metion the four in the golf
cart. Looking to get a gas cart. I like to go watch dirt track racing and a lot of places only
allow golf carts. Golf cart is a 2010 and I’ll sell it outright. Three brands I’m considering.
EZ Go
Club Car
Yamaha.
Any one have any advice (pro’s/con’s) on the three I just mentioned. Probably get something
this winter when camping season is over. Thought I would do a little research early and
start looking for deals.
I think you should consider a Lithium battery. I just changed out the lead acid batteries in my 2003 ezgo TxT 36v. ECO batteries. It was a bundle, 1 battery, charger, DC converter, LCD monitor and a new plug in for the charger. Plug and play. 8 year warranty. 5000 to 6000 charging cycles compared to 500 hundred charging cycles with lead acid batteries. You can also opportunity charge it. Just don't let it go below 20%. I drove around 6 miles the other day starting with 100% charge and ended up at 67% charge. The ECO website has charts for which batteries are plug and play for your cart and estimates on range. All you do is plug it in to any 110v wall outlet with any electrical extension cord. There is no maintenance to do. Just charge it. There are other companies that offer these bundles. And people mix and match batteries and chargers and stuff. ECO is pricey but has a very good reputation in the lithium battery industry. I chose them for that and ease of installation. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip. Left the battery cart and bought a gas model. Tired of worrying about getting back home when it got low. The lithium solution would cost more than the carts worth. I could probably get five miles on the lead acid types and be at fifty percent but I always had in the back of my mind to get back closer to home. Then come home and plug in for the next day.
Getting ready to retire so I bought a new gasser. Be the last one I buy. Happy with my choice. She’s a good cart.

Last month, we swapped the batteries in our '96 EZGO TXT 36V for lithium, too. Along with the rest of the cart. 😆

Sold the EZGO the other day. Owned that for ~10 years, but we were running out of room in the pole barn. I don't have a barn like @Hometeam - I really need to sell some of this stuff.
