Baby's got back. Cardi B would be jealous 🤣Finally got what I was waiting for. AED Fabrication and Design 1st ever made swing out rear tailgate with shelf. Designed to hold a Yeti 45 cooler (you figure out how you want to fasten it down) but there is enough space for a full size Packout. (again, you would need the mounting plate) . I’m gonna do a separate thread for this alone, but this is an exactly what I wanted when I talked to David about building it. Pivot point has a sealed bearing so there’s no bushing to wear out or squeak. Strong bear claw clasp for the latch. He took and idea/concept I had in my head and created it. Very impressed.

It really compliments the end of the Talon too.

That is fantastic, Muley! Really nice upgrades..A few updates have occurred since the gate install. New Mudbuster rear fender extensions to keep some of the sling away. Went with the Max coverage over the Super Max. They seem to be fine and not too bulky.

Got a set of Spike side panels from @Hometeam and made a few modifications. I cut the plastic side pieces to where they just fit under my windshield frame and attached with a few zip ties. They are held from the top through the roof bolt so they don’t move much. No more than what I’ll use them I want to be able to get them removed quickly for warm months. Mounted my mirrors in the frame and they can be easily returned to their proper place as well. He didn’t have he door handle but that’s fine. I’m not cutting a hole in my door skin anyway. I’ll just unzip them.

Finally I got a @satv rear window and a MotoArmor glass front windshield with wiper. Very pleased with the fit of the windshield and as an added bonus it seals with the roof. Very little air comes in. Wiper sweeps the whole windshield too.

Thank you ma’am. It’s been fun. Ready for basketball to be over so I’ll have more time. (When it’s officially over…I’m still all in for now!)That is fantastic, Muley! Really nice upgrades..
He didn’t have the outside handles so it wasn’t even an option, but even if I got them new I wouldn’t have done the handles. I don’t want to cut holes in my doors.Looks awesome! Looks like you chose not to install the outside handles. How wide are you outside of tire to outside of tire? I may switch to those fenders at some point.
That is one sweet lookin Talon! Do you take it in the dirt? That is @Dirtstiffs-1000 clean!A few updates have occurred since the gate install. New Mudbuster rear fender extensions to keep some of the sling away. Went with the Max coverage over the Super Max. They seem to be fine and not too bulky.
