Next year I’m planning on getting power steering and one of these ground force systems. I can get the unit with a set of forks and bucket and suspension lock for around $2000. I will use it to move stone and dirt around so I don’t have to do so much shoveling lol. Does anyone have this system or any bucket like this? If so how do you like it. Also do u think running a winch power steering and head lights at one time is to much on the stock battery?

Thanks

Never saw that before. I made a bucket for an atv plow, puts a lot of weight on front end and steering. Stiffen up the shock setting and maybe add some rear counter weight. Consider a dash volt meter to monitor battery voltage, just ordered LED digital one with USB ports. Power steering under full load rated at 220 watts. Think about running a separate circuit with a resettable Bussman breaker to protect a 4 or 6 gauge wire to supply whatever the combined load turns out to be.

Looked at some YouTube videos. Guess you will be the tester for the P500.

I have a Warn 60” provantage plow with the bucket kit for it. Works decent, though if you are going to convert from plow blade to bucket it will take you about an hour the 1st time. I have Walker Evans adjustable suspension all around with 200lb springs. Your not going to dig into the earth like a front loader but for moving around soil or mulch works great.

If I put a splitter on my P5 for better handling at high speed, do you think I will also need to install power steering, I think the downforce may make the steering heavy.

How has the bucket been holding up for you? And is the dump leaver hard to pull? Thinking about getting the swisher atv bucket instead. That way I only need one winch and I can adapt the bucket to my existing plow mount instead of needing to switch mounts.
