Looks good! My wife turned me on to a trick with ground chuck, use a potato masher to get as fine as you want it.

Ok folks, RingLeader and I are going to pick up our new (to us) toy hauler tommorow just in time for our next colossal ride! This is going to be great! We have one weekend to get everything in the RV ready. This is going to be great. Can't wait to see everyone again.

Byrds has a restuarant. 3 weeks ago when I was up there riding it were closed for the season. If I remember I'll call tomorrow and see if it will be open the weekend of the ride.

Byrds restaurant won't open up till early March.

We haul in a 29’ Genesis Supreme Toy hauler!! We love it!!

It's a 42ft Thunderbolt. We have had a 29 ft 5th wheel for 13 years. So this big puppy will not be too much of a change. At least we can haul the Honda! I might have another guy coming up with us on Friday. He has a 4 wheeler. we will be there late Thursday or early Friday.
