Make sure CP takes you by a couple of overlooks of lake Pend Oreille Bernard peak overlook pretty cool and a long ways down . Then you can go to gold creek slug a few down then head to lake view for swim ! Further up from lake view , by Whiskey rock there’s an old cemetery back in the woods dating back to the late 1800s , not to many people know about if , you’re into that stuff

What wildlife is in this area? Moose, elk, grizzly bears? Mountain lions, black bear?
@100Acre .
Deciding on what firearm to bring.. 44 mag, 40s&w. Taurus judge in .410 for snakes?

Believe it or not but we don’t have any poisonous snakes in this area , and grizzly are a few miles further north lots of all the other Animals . Got a game camera in my back yard , when I come over to meet you guys and gals , I’ll show ya , what’s around

We will have the paddle boat! Last year remember we were talking about an inner tube? If someone has access to big equipment tubes(hint hint) they should bring them.

I have one made for the snow. You blow it up inside of a canvas cover, so it could be tied onto a rig, just not sure how it will do in water the bottom of the cover is skinned with 1/16” uhmw. Guess we won’t pop it though

Looks like an awesome time! I might have to make it one of these years! Our place is just north of there out of Sagle, so we drive past Athol all the time.
