Help with a 10 pin rocker switch

I have a fan under my seat to help with the heat in the summer. I would like to put it on this switch so I can reverse the fan to put some heat in the cab. Can anyone tell me how to hook it up? I can probably figure it out by trial and error but it sure would be nice to walk out there and just do it right the first time. I ordered this switch by mistake 2 years ago and now I'm thinking I can put it to use.

Easy. Lol.

Forget about the top 2 and bottom 2 for now.
Just focus on the 3 middle ones.

2 and 5 will be the wires to the fan. Positive and negative. Really doesn't matter which as we will be reversing them.

Then.
1 & 6 will be 12v
4 and 3 will be ground.

Your fan should work in both directions.

Well, thats the hard part. Ima need to think about it. Unless you just want them both lite always.

Probably just have them on all the time. If they only came on during the up or down position, then it would be dark when in the off position. I think that's how it would work?

Correct.
In that case, 7&9 to a ground. and 8&10 to power
