That would be better than grey! It's been cloudy seems like for a month here, a month ago I was using my head lights going to work everyday, yesterday drove to work no headlights, first clear morning in a while, that's how long it's been cloudy! I hate winter around here! Grey is for funerals! I'm on the Happy Campers now, HA!

I'll give you a tutorial all right! HA! I would think it would be pretty easy if you have a lathe and drill press and make a hat shape one piece, kinda like having a built in friction washer for the bottom of the door. I really like my two piece bushings, made a big difference, easy install.

I finally got around to doing this mod today. The uhmw that I purchased from Amazon was about 1.05" in diameter so took it down slightly with a belt sander to a point where it was still snug going in. Got it back together and everything is tight, hopefully the rattles are gone.
