For those that do not want to deal with an unauthorized copy. Helm has dropped the price drastically on the service manual. 61HL400 has been discontinued. 61HL401 is the latest revision. This covers 2016-17 SXS1000M3/M3P/M3LE/M5P/M5D/M5LE.
List price this year is now $57.95 + shipping. I ordered a copy last week $63.95 to my door. Hope this helps.

When you get to the screen that only lists the owners manual, go to the search box on the left side of the screen and type in the part number for the service manual 61hl401. Then it will take you to the proper page to place an order. It now says backordered. I plan to call today to see where my copy is. It said it would be printed 5/25 and then shipped to me.

I am not terribly impressed with Helm and their antics.
When I originally ordered my copy, it said it was going to be printed the next day. In Delton's build thread, he said the shipping was subpar and could take some time.
I called Helm June 8th and ask what was up with my order and when I should expect it. The lady went on to tell me it was back ordered and would print on June 20th. I just checked my order on their site, still shows as being received but not yet shipped. I really hope I never have to deal with this company again. Lady on the phone was rude to me. I plan to call again tomorrow to ask where it is. Their product page still shows it being back ordered, but no date like it previously was.

Some guy on the pioneer 1000 riders page on Facebook has a PDF version now he is giving away for donations. You could get that today... save to your phone or print it if you really want a hard copy.

That guy sounds pretty awesome. However since you are already a user of this forum I'd suggest the membership of this forum as an alternative. Not sure if you can save the one on here or just look at it (I haven't tried). But if that doesn't work. I'm sure that guy would appreciate donations.

I wanted the paper as well for notes and just because I like the hard copy. I had someone on Facebook offer me $25 for my time if I could make them a PDF. So I did and then a whole bunch of others jumped in wanting it too. But I'd suggest that any active member of this forum pay for the membership to join this forum as an alternative. It goes to a better cause.

I have been trying to get a shop service manual for my P1K-5 LE without any luck at the shop I bought it from. They informed me that Honda does not show it on the company list of available manuals. I have had this machine for 6 months now and Honda has not produced on yet? Really

It shipped fast and was wrapped in plastic, wrapped with cardboard, inside of a plastic envelope, that was in the shipping envelope. I'm very pleased for $50 plus $7 shipping. It does appear to be a copy but it's very high quality. And it includes the fold out wiring diagram.

I just need it for my 2016 and I think it covers 16-17 but will let you know. I thought it was legit others say there good. What is you legit source for $67?
