From my experience the second pioneer is 10x easier, you dont mess with the crap you never use and the stuff you do like takes half the time to install!

Removed rear seat belts as @joeymt33 mentioned to save weight. I never used them even once on my 2016.

Installed radio and antenna. Best place to mount as I dont have a roof. Looked at options behind my head on the cross members but decided here.
