Custom switch panel and relay system is ready.

Drop in ready.
Hook to battery, plug into cig scoket. Done.

Awaiting 1 AUX rocker and a Radio rocker.

Using 4, 20a circuits. But I only used 3 here so I have a spare. Could free up one spot by eliminating USB or moving light bar to high beam trigger.

AUX will control- Key-on/off/on.

Winch only works when AUX is in Key-on mode.

Volte meter is hooked to AUX and reads which ever is selected. Key-on or battery. If I get a second battery it will read both by flipping AUX one way or other and moving the main power wires to the second battery.

Yes @Plumber32, @joeymt33 talked me into it.

Rear light is a worklight overide for auto backup lights. It is a grounded switch.

Ok.
Few more things to tidy up and she is ready to go in.

If you have a lot of money I can make you one too. Backpanel will be a little more organized for v2. View attachment 123521View attachment 123522View attachment 123523

Looks good - they also sell a combo USB and volt meter in the round configuration if you want both

Wow this looks interesting. Not quite taken delivery of my new ride, but trying to plan out a switch panel and accessories. The more I read the more I get lost...lol. I want to make sure I understand this setup. Let's say light bar on front... run wires from light bar, toward wherever I assume that relay with pigtails hanging out, place an opposite connector to the one seen in the picture and just plug it up? Makes for easy change out of accessories in the future? Definitely would like more details!

Yes.
Just change the rocker and the item plugged in is all you need to do for the 4 on the relay system.

Curious why you chose the Pioneer over the Talon if you dont plan to use the rear seats. Id almost look forward to a second build so I could do things right the first time. Looks like its coming along nicely

Still need the seats. Kids and family love to cruise around the farm.
Plus want the cargo/utaility room.
Trust me. It was a hard choice.

Skid plate on.
Next up SATV front arms!
Cant even turn 1/2 steering wheel turn without rubbing these 30" terrabites on the trail armor skid plates. Could trim them I guess. 7fcb983147fe3d2337f71d7cd6a1d79640b6010a031ee6474c735de462cb994c3b5cc8c810de670c9c56079559d54a6d

Mail just ran.
Switch plate is done.

Look what else I got @Plumber32
Your favorite accessory and clamps too.
Those damn clamps were $65 each. They are 2 axis adjustable. Hoping it help from beating the whips against the cage and busting a diode.

Need to wire them up still. 648718d0f66e1bf546752daafeefb39217a19d97a5f57de3a0d2735672894d857ebb69241990d6f0e8c0dcbac7ccf7aa4edf273bc83a0f5172d2dcdd0d5cf632

Hi Honda SxS,
I have a few questions.
You using stock wheels as in wider rears, narrow fronts?
Benefit of front 1.5” wheel spacers?
What setting are you at on front Walker Evans?

Thanks. Stauvo

Yes. Factory wheels but because I chose a 10" tire all around the back looks like it sits in some.
I chose 1" spacers on front and 1.5" on the rear. I haven't installed them yet. Will do that when I install the SATV arms soon.

My shocks are getting cleaned up back at WE right now.
