Talon Intercom headset jacks

I will be installing an intercom to communicate with my passenger and use the 2-way radio.

I'm curious where others have mounted their headset jacks?

Got this from Rugged Radios. Mounted in front of cup holders on console. Also, got to jack plugs from Rugged as well to plug when not using. These are great.

Thanks for the info. I ruled out mounting the jacks in front of the cup holders as they would be in my way shifting when the headsets are plugged in. The rubber/plastic plugs are a great idea for cleaning.

I have mine there. Zero interference. driver and passenger headset chords hang down almost directly into connector.
