I understand how that goes. Looking forward to seeing what Talon stuff you have on the horizon.
Yes. We never stop! I have a running list of parts to design, in no particular order. When an inspired idea hits then I jump on it. Often in that creative process I hit a roadblock and have to set one project aside until the next inspiration hits! This is fun but sometimes inconveniently keeps me awake at night when ideas and scenarios run through my head. On the other hand, some projects are quick because the concept was fully developed and the first design prototype hit the mark. Not necessarily because it is an easy project. This kind of work is so satisfying and fun!

Fortunately I have a terrific manufacturing shop 5 miles from my house. They don't mind making small quantity runs for me and do EXCELLENT work with all of their CNC equipment.

Thanks, I've read that thread and I'll probably end up going that route. Was hoping to see 10-80 make something with antic packet holes etc. I know I can mount a pack out plate so I might look at some options.
I also have the Tusk rear plates. I just mounted the Packout bases to the plates. Make sure you put the Packout boxs on the bases before marking the holes.
But the idea of a hinged base would make acces to the footwells a little easier, except you would have to remove anything that is on the plate first.
I use dry bags for stuff in the footwells.
