P1000 Issue with the (ROPS)

Hello everybodys ,
Did you have seen that before ? my sxs is an 2018 and just saw today

Haven't seen yours.. But I have seen serval others.
What are your questions?

If you asking about the alignment being off.
That is acceptable and nowhere close to being considered "off".
New or used.

If you need it to be aligned, you need to loosen all the other ROPS bolts so you can more easily force it around.
Honestly, that little bit can be manhandled in with proper tools.

The paint looks really clean when I blow up the image...
(there is supposed to be bolts in them)

Why would you ream the holes out?
You are way overthinking the solution.
It can easily be persuaded enough to get a bolt in.
And if you cant. Loosen the other ROPS connection points and do it right.

Wrap a ratchet strap around it and tighten it up. you only need 1/4 of an inch.


You are in for a surprise if you ever take that front bumper off.

There must be an overstock hidden somewhere. Red comes off the assembly line so fast it stacks up and waits around for the other colors.

I would have been to tractor supply already and had some grade 8 bolts sold cheap by the pound in them holes....

Hondasxs has it all figured out for you.
