Skid plate is installed. I really hate self tappers. The 2 on the very front are not long enough because the front skid plate is not bent at big enough angle and I also have the frame stiffener. I'll have to figure something out there 🤷‍♂️

Skid plate is installed. I really hate self tappers. The 2 on the very front are not long enough because the front skid plate is not bent at big enough angle and I also have the frame stiffener. I'll have to figure something out there 🤷‍♂️

Bolt it on good. I've had mine peel loose a few times. At the takeover it tore a chunk off that front edge.

Drill and tap for a 6mm bolt, the brace is plenty thick enough. That's what I did on D2.0

Drill and tap for a 6mm bolt, the brace is plenty thick enough. That's what I did on D2.0
Right now I'm trying to heat the UMHW skid and bend it to the correct angle but it's stupid thick (1/2") so I don't know if it'll work. If this doesn't work then I'll probably just do what you suggested.
