Right, I’m not concerned, but mama is a member and will sooner or latter be viewing this thread and I’d prefer for her to see what’s in print on the subject, that there are no grizzlies in the region...If you don’t mind.
The Grizzlies arent that bad I saw several in montana, Washington, and Oregon. Look they're friendly. A238b8dee1223d8af5d36f16ec4c088b

Why not just get your local plate? You don’t need Idaho plate just a plate
Maybe you don’t remember when I went through all this a couple years ago in the PROTC thread, but NM, AR and OK do not issue plates for UTV’s. I ended up going with the South Dakota plate, very expensive, but very easily obtained, through the mail. And still a possibility for my P-1K5.

Will do, it’s all predicated upon whether or not Idaho is going to be back water and require me to come in person to obtain my RVP....;)

If so you’ll have ample notice.

I’m always in search of an excuse for a road trip and would gladly run up from the south into Grangeville to pick up my RVP in advance.
Might as well just start on the western edge then. This past trip I didn't even have a permit and never got stopped. Heck we never even saw LEO's out there

Right, but if I do......I’ll be prepared. As I mentioned for $12.00 IDPR will mail me the required OHV permit. Also, the RVP is just $3.50 and is good for 7 years, so I’ll be getting it one way or another. And I’ve already posted that I’ll be doing the trek east to west and back.

Ok, I’m aware of Paradise camp ground 12 miles up the Selway off the main corridor, my tentative first night camp spot. But do you happen to recall exactly where the Sims CG is. The USDA.gov site lists all the CG’s along the Corridor and I didn’t see that one on the list???

Montana road turns off a few miles south of the Red River Ranger station, Dixie is 20+ miles further down that same paved road.
Thank you. Looks like 1172??? Also looks like an access to the Salmon down that??
