Nice, so your near St. John's. I bought my Honda from US 27 Motorsports. I'm about hr away from Ionia near Chelsea. Wouldn't mind getting together to ride sometime yes.

We have a big group that rides around the St. Helen area. If you're on facebook search for the Ride Michigan group. There's about 3000 members so you should be able to find a group close to home too.
