Excited to go pick up my New Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe in white this coming Friday. I went a head and ordered a plow mount, plow, winch mount, winch, windshield, and hard top.

Hope to learn a lot from you all here.

I plan to install a snorkel kit, and install heat shield under the front seat.

Welcome @Michigander, a snorkel is one of the very first things I would recommend. I might wait till after winter for the heat shield. lol.

Picked it up early... thing seems to be pretty awesome. I already have 32 miles on it and left it at my dad's house because I was too cold without my windshield to drive it home lol!
Hopefully my accessories come in by Friday

Just wondering what brand of winch did you go with ? I will be mounting one in the near future, hoping mine might be easier.

The instructions tell you to remove the entire front end, dash, front body including flare and fenders, floor, seat, and rear floor boards. In reality just remove the hood, front bumper, seat, and rear access panel. Then use the help of a friend and fish the ground wire through from under the machine. And instead of removing the dash just reach up inside and under the rubber mat under the hood and disconnect the accessories outlet and plug in the harness.
