You'll need skid plates, don't worry about the winch because you can ride close to me and I'll charge $20 every time a string line out to you!!!
Only reason I said besides that is because I already knew those were on the list lol.

Looking at the forecast for August I may want to switch back to my winter windshield here soon.

60 and raining here.

Very wet spring and early summer here, (bummer for us house painters!) but it has since turned to a hot, humid, mixed with afternoon thunderstorms summer, lately.

Got my bed built today. Next step it figuring out how I want to hang the tarps to keep it quasi-waterproof. The thin camping mat I bought ain't gonna cut it either. Gonna have to find something a bit more substantial.

Also beat some of the dents and scratches out of the bumper, drilled holes for d rings and threw a fresh coat of white paint on it. Mama says no to copying CP's nose paint job, so this was the compromise.

I had a tarp that was maybe 12 x 16 or something like that that I draped over the roof of the pioneer and over the bed extension. I just used bungee cords to strap it down somewhere. It worked good and it was something small and lightweight that I could pack easily.

That's what I was thinking, I think I'm gonna throw in a citronella stick or two to keep the skeeters out too.

I did that last year. I laid in my chair next to the fire and was quite comfortable. I don't know if the other guys were quite as comfortable waking up and coming out of their tent seeing me in my underwear though!

I just threw up in my mouth at the thought!
How did they survive that sight?

Bumper back on with shackles installed. I kinda liked the gold finish, and figured they will get scratched all to hell anyway, so I didn't paint them. Today I'll be doing the spring spacers and starting on the rear hatch/back window.
