That would be nice for throwing crap up in the roof as well.

Was interested if anybody is as worried about backing into a stump or anything really while out riding and destroying the muffler .even with a bumper up high it still leaves muffler unprotected I'm thinking about building a lower bumper to help this any ideas

What was that link again for the bumper??My concern also. Today I ordered the rear bumper from SUPERSTRONG.COM for the 1000 5. The pictures show it is low enough to protect the muffler and is wide enough to cover the taillights also. When I get it mounted I will attach a couple of pictures so you can see what it looks like. Bed will tilt with this one attached. $255 shipped.
I like both of those! But I don't have the time or place to be building my own! Besides, I'm not doing anything right away, just looking around at the options.First one.

Second design. Both should protect it well hopefully.

Not for me. Mine was a legit love of playing with saws and a welder lol. Protection was just a bonus. Is there really a legit concern with damaging the muffler?
In all fairness Don, I may have damaged mine when we were turning around at the Gulf. Who knows. Not for me. Mine was a legit love of playing with saws and a welder lol. Protection was just a bonus.
Well ya but most people don't back into a rock ledge. In all fairness Don, I may have damaged mine when we were turning around at the Gulf. Who knows.
