No it's a program that the dyno shop installed. With the power commander you can put a lot of different types of programs in it.

What was your program?

Does this mod accelerate engine wear?

They only offer an 500 rpm gain so it don't hurt the engine

i bought the dynojet power commander V( Dynojet - Power Commander V - Honda Pioneer 500 15) i bought it through fuel moto which was cheaper than direct from dynojet and they add a year to the warranty. it is plug and play when you order talk to the sales person and they will load a map that matches what you have (stock exhaust/ air cleaner). i connected mine to a laptop and did basic calibrations of throttle position, and looked at some of the values. i have not taken mine to a dyno yet and i may not the only advantage i see would be to get every bit of performance out of it tuned to my machine. any questions just ask. on dynojets website there is a copy of the install instructions which are fairly simple. i did use a waterproof case to mount mine in instead of putting it in the battery compartment. the harness isnt very long so it will have to be close to the engine compartment.

from what i saw on the program on my laptop i could do the rev extend myself i just chose not to at this time. once you have a receipt of purchase you register your product and there are downloads on dynojets website for the program to connect to it. i felt like i had a tuner car again lol.

Nice. I want to hear how that goes. I've heard good things about dobeck on other machines.

It’s been a couple months. Just wanted to see if anyone has any updates on how they like or dislike the power commander. Also has anyone added on the auto tune kit?

It'll be quicker out of the hole and more mid range power but the limiter prevents any more top end speed. You have to do the @906UP mod to get that.
this mod you so speak of.Is it the one where 906 change 2 internal gears in the motor...
