I have been sourcing the web for a switch to fit the blank slot by the headlights on the Honda Talon non Dlx models. Given up, I decided to make my own.

I designed this adapter for the Champion, HF, etc winches that holds the handlebar switch in the same hole. It has to be printed out of flexible TPU and acts like a grommet that you put in the hole then snugly slide the switch into from the front. Should fit all the Chinese winches as far as I know.

If you want to try to sell these too, I can donate the stl file to help the club....

Sure. We can print a few and add them to the store. I'll contact you soon about this.

Yes, it is the real common one WITH the little wings on it. The wings keep it from pushing in. It must be printed using TPU flexible as it works like a square grommet. I've seen them with and without the waterproof coot over the rocker. You just remove the metal bracket and possible need to cut/grind the screws a little shorter if they are too long. Here is another example...

I wonder if that adapter will fit in a 2017 p1kLE factory voltage meter hole. I installed the duel battery with duel voltage meters and would like to have a horizontal winch switch where the meter is.
