I’ve been searching through threads looking for this answer also. Under my hood is tight as I have winch solenoids and a Nilight switch relay panel. I don’t drive through deep water so I was thinking about making a bracket to mount high under the drivers seat. Any thoughts? I really don’t want it exposed under the roof.

I put mine right above battery between bar and plastic. Wires facing out. Slide back a little ways looks factory and out of site. I have Noam v4.

That’s a good looking fit. I just got the NUTV5-S. I’ll see if it fits there. My left side is full. @chucksmith0706 did you just tie wrap it in place?

I made an aluminum bracket to attach to the battery mount for the switch panel box with the isolater underneath On the left side is the dual battery behind the air intake and the winch solenoid box where some are mounting the amp. I could possibly rearrange that but I just relocated it from where the isolater is 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ah ha! I put my amp where your true isolator is. The true isolator is located on the passenger side wall. Id have to dig through my build to find the pic if u really need it.

All good buddy, no need. I’m either going to move the solenoid box or mount under the drivers seat.

If u dont have anything under that seat, mount it there. Should be fine. Even if u get some water n there. Those amps are pretty robust. Mine being up front was submerged a few times. Still worked fine.

I did a little digging for some future knowledge. The V4 amp dimensions are 5.1''L x 4.29''W x 1.89''H and the V5 is Length: 10”, width: 5”, and Height: 2”

Post #61 I moved my relays sideways
I then installed a Rockville Amp over the top of them. I am confident the Rockville amp is larger than the noam amp.

Post #47 you can see my amp under my under dash snorkel mod.

Mostly grass. Lol I am very OCD for cleaning once I ride. Lol I even made a splash shield firewall cover. This takes care of and dirt and water/mud getting on amp and others wires. Makes a clean look.

Nothing wrong with being OCD I'm that way as well. We all have different levels of it. My barn is organized and my buddy mess with me all the time with that.

I wound up making an aluminum bracket and mounting under the drivers seat. If it gets wet there I figure I’ll have bigger problems.
